In the same way, it mixes design, understood as the creative process, and architecture, which is based on the creation and presentation of solutions at a technical level. By mixing both disciplines, architectural design seeks the values and formal qualities of the works, through spatial experiences. In general, we associate it with drawings, sketches or outlines of a project, and it is one of its fundamental basis. In this aspect of architectural design, there are also other factors involved, that are related to geometry, space or aesthetics, among others. After all, architecture, and therefore architectural design, is made up of many elements and processes or phases.
Our architectural design process is established on the foundation of what we call “Co-Creation.” This is our unique approach to design to engage you and your community early in the visioning phase to create excitement and acceptance of the project. After all, we’re designing an educational building that will be at the center of the community, training our future leaders to design the future.
We engage all members of our firm’s design team starting at project initiation because we believe a learning environment is shaped by more than walls and floors. It’s the interior design, environmental graphics, engineering, and architecture all coming together to create a space engaging and nurturing learners.
Because of this, we integrate our studios so interior designers, graphic designers, architects, and structural engineers are all sitting and working together. We expand this by engaging our consultants early on to ensure a cohesive design.
3D architectural visualization helps you to identify design flaws overlooked through conventional 2D techniques. Build life-like models, validate designs, and scale in real-time.
